I called Durkin Appliance about my Maytag washer and what I thought was a operation issue. I spoke with Rich and he said before I scheduled him to go and try an alternate power source and it turned out to be the GFCI outlet that had the issue. Incredible diagnostic while on the phone, I’m truly grateful for his knowledge, friendliness and integrity. They will be my go to in any appliance issues in the future ! My washing machine broke on a Wednesday morning, they came to look at it in the afternoon and by Friday it was up and running (only because a part had to be ordered). Of course a Sunday night under the sink leak can freak out even the seasoned homeowne, but a recommendation from our realtor directed us to the right service team.
Rich and Sam( a diligent assistant,) found the dry-rotted extension tube which was the cause of a leak and dishwasher issue.
